She's also committed to improving the quality and consistency of your care through collaboration and coordination across the care team, including the implementation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols, because she believes the best outcomes are shaped not only by the operation itself but also by the systems and processes that support every step of your care along the way.  

Outside the operating room, she and her husband are always plotting the next motorcycle tour. Exploring back roads together is one of their favorite ways to unwind and discover a new neighborhood or city. They've also become tiki bar connoisseurs, tracking down the best ones wherever they're visiting. If she's not on a road trip or trying a well-crafted cocktail, she enjoys swimming and playing badminton.
