He was unsure of the lab work to order and said he needed to check with the lab manager to know what was needed. This was a Tuesday and I asked if I needed to double check if the labs orders were there prior to me going on that Saturday and was told no. He would have it done by then. No orders were there when I arrived on Saturday.
