Samantha Zubak, ARNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at MercyOne North Iowa Occupational Health. Services she routinely offers include:

Samantha brings a practical, straightforward approach to care, along with a sense of humor when appropriate. Her goal is to help you feel at ease during a potentially stressful situation. She has a long work history in occupational health and understands the process from both the provider and your perspective.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time on her acreage with her horses and other animals. She enjoys the outdoors, riding horseback and spending time with friends and family.
