Dr Bhangoo's explanation of my situation was clear and easy to understand. He listened respectfully and readily answered my questions. He seems extremely knowledgeable and competent when describing results of my MRI, and laid out a plan to allow time to see if my situation will heal on its own. I appreciated that he didn't seem to be in a hurry to do surgery.
I put all my trust in Dr.Bhangoo. My only regret is that I didn't see him sooner!

Dr. Bhangoo was Great. The over booking was awful. waiting 2 hours. Other patients who came in after me were called first. One couple even told me they didn't even have an appointment, but went before me.

My appointment said to be their at 11:00 AM. We did not get taken back to the room by the PA until 12:30.The Dr didn't come in until 1:00 PM.

I guess my next thing to do is the copuut procedure the way he put it. That is an injection in my back. I am glad he won't be doing it. I asked him a question and he snapped back at me and said you aren't listening to me. Very unprofessional.

I appreciate all of the care that Dr. Bhangoo gave me, especially the surgery that I had. Although I know that my journey to recovery is on a long path to come, I know that I am starting to feel better almost every day due to the care of Dr. Bhangoo and his wonderful staff and everyone else involved.
