I am reluctant to report the facts because then more people will see this provider and it will be harder for me to make appointments to see her.
She listens to what I have to say and helps me with problems I have. She’s also kind and understanding and doesn’t get upset with me if I’m not doing good with my diabetes or diet.

I wish an X-ray or an Imaging of my Shoulder muscle would have been done. It has been 4 days and no one has contacted me about Physical Therapy, which I hesitate to complete as my range of motion in the shoulder is poor.

Provider stated would send for a ct scan of the area however orders came for an ultrasound, I had the ultrasound however they did not ultrasound the location that needed to be looked at.
She was glad to take my husband on as a patient his last few years, & was wonderful with him, too. She complimented me for being his caretaker at home. She even remembered a funny episode we shared with her the year before!
