She is difficult to understand and gets easily annoyed. I feel I got absolutely nothing from going to this appointment. My first appointment set the tone when I asked for a drink of water to take my seizure meds on time as I forgot my water in the car. She never got me a cup or told me there was a water jug and cups in the hall. I would think a dr would know that meds need to be taken on time.
Dr. Susan Pereira M.D genuinely cares about her patients and it shows through her work and her team.
I think Dr. P will be a good fit for me once we get to know each other a little better. She is kind and concerned for my well-being. There’s a bit of a language barrier, but paying close attention and asking questions should make that lessen in time.
