I thought she was very nice and very easy to talk to wish I could have her as my provider
I plan to stay with Theresa as a provider, we have a lot in common and she's very personable. For being my annual exam, I was disappointed in the attention my concerns received.

She sent a short term prescription to Optum Rx instead of the local pharmacy. I called to relay this. I spoke to nurse Bertie, who said she then sent it to the local pharmacy. I got the prescription a week later from Optum Rx. Ridiculous.
First time seeing this provider. Was not familiar with my previous visits and background issues.
She made me feel comfortable and super easy to talk to. Normally, I dread going to the ARNP but I don’t anymore! Theresa is amazing! Highly recommend!!

The provider should probably tell the front staff not to schedule adolescents with this provider even though she is listed as family practice. She kept telling us that she was not comfortable prescribing birth control which made me lose trust in this facility. I'm going to be billed for receiving no care at all. No recheck of urine to make sure uti was gone for reassurance.
