I was to get labs/blood work done after seeing the doctor and they forgot I was still in the room till it was time to close 45 minutes or so
He is an excellent doctor
My husband and myself are very happy we switched to Dr Horrigan. We are veryhappy with our care team now.
Dr. Horrigan is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and explains things in a way that I can understand.

Dr Horrigan always shows that he is up to date with my chart and that he has read what my other doctors have posted from their appointments with me, like their test results and things that effect my overall health.

We drive from Waterloo to have him as our provider. We have so much trust is his knowledge.
Dr. Horrigan tries very hard to understand my health concerns based on a rather rare condition. It gets complicated at times and he respects my situations.
He is not my PCP but I would be happy to see him again in the future.

He was very good at listening to me and explaining things. He was very kind
I was impressed with Dr. Horrigan knowing about my recent surgery and the fact that I had a couple of questions about the after-visit summaries from which he answered them before I even asked them. He is a very prepared doctor and discusses health issues in terms I understand.
He actually seems to actually know what he is doing.

I believe the provider wash or sanitize their hands prior to entering the room. I have never felt uncomfortable with sanitation issues at this health care center. And I am a former Health Officer.
