As part of our residency program, you will engage in staffing on an every-other-weekend basis after completing orientation, along with two holidays. This schedule is designed to provide a balanced work-life experience, allowing you ample time to rest and recharge.

ASHP Accreditation
Our program currently holds pre-candidate status with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). As we embark on our inaugural year, you will have the exciting opportunity to customize your residency experience and actively participate in the ASHP accreditation process. This involvement will not only enrich your training but also provide you with valuable insights and experiences that will be beneficial in your future career. We are committed to achieving full accreditation by the end of the residency year and will be applying for full accreditation on the day our first residents start, ensuring that you receive a high-quality education and training environment.
