Carter Bernier, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at MercyOne Genesis Bettendorf Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Carter earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and completed an Orthopedic Residency in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMT) with advanced training in evidence-based orthopedic care.
