Growing up, Dr. Warda had a strong interest in art, sketching and drawing portraits. This hobby led him to a fascination of the hand, as it's such a relatively small part of the body that contains intricate anatomy and complex biomechanics. The combination of science, mechanics, precision and creativity of the hand led him to pursue his specialty in orthopedics.
