I was not feeling real good at the time of my visit and Dr. Whang said if I wasn鈥檛 feeling better in a week, he would prescribe me some antibiotics and that鈥檚 exactly how it went down. He did give me a prescription. I think It is with the documentation at the visit that makes it clear to everybody in the department. What鈥檚 going on? Good job mercy one

We were sad to see Dr Siefert retire but we are extremely happy to have Dr Warhank take his place.

Everything was fine except for the wait time. You want a patient to get there 15 minutes before their appointment, but you don't respect our appointment time. I'm not just talking about a few minutes. With my 15 minutes before my appointment it was almost 45 minutes that the doctor came in my room. My time is just as valuable to me as your time is to you. If there was a problem, someone should have notified me so I could come at a different time. If you can't be on time then you shouldn't schedule the appointments so close together. Please respect the time of your patients. Thank you.
