She does an excellent job, and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. Relays feelings of confidence and ability to do a good job.

Just liked her!

She listened, explained the predicament of my doctor not being available, the reason why doctors won't cross the aisle for a patients care or make changes which is stupid because the cardiologist and the pacemaker device doctor are both looking at my heart. She gave me a partial plan, did not want to do a complete medication change or maybe she could not with her limited position even after I explained what I know is happening in my body. I am frustrated and my blood pressure still rises daily whether resting or exertion.

Nicole was amazing. After an extremely long wait in the waiting room due to a scheduling problem due Mercy One not contacting us. Nicole was kind, understanding and answered all of our questions.

She's the most caring time taking person or dr I've ever meet thank you Nicole

Once we saw her she was pleasant and explained things well. The follow through after the appointment has been extremely disappointing.
