Do not let Robin leave. She is the best. Dr. Naylor is very realistic when it comes to my care and tells me exactly what I need to know and answers my questions. My knees are beyond repair, so replacements are in my future, but he is helping me navigate the process of of preparing for that when the time comes.

Had rotator cuff surgery. The surgery went well and physical therapy ordered has been thorough and very productive. Dr. Naylor is an excellent orthopedist, personable and has an appreciated sense of humor.
Dr. Naylor was knowledgeable and thorough in his attempt to seek information about this condition with which I have been struggling for almost a year. He explained the results of the X-ray well, making sure I understood how things might proceed going forward. He also ordered further testing, based on his findings. That testing should serve to support the surgeon who finally gets my case in meeting my needs adequately.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Needed more time to talk to him, so got another appointment to do that. Not his fault or mine. I thought he was coming back in and nurse came instead and he was already with another patient. Nurse explained about procedure I might have.But I was easily able to get another appointment when I made sure I checked the info nurse gave and some I was sent and wrote down info I needed from doctor to make my decision.
Dr Naylor performed surgery on my daughter and came highly recommended. I was previously seeing another provider whom I perceived as surgery happy and offered no other treatment options. I requested my insurance to cover a orthopedic doctor not affiliated with Unitypoint. I knew who I wanted to see and Dr Naylor has provided treatment to avoid surgery for a few years and that has made me extremely happy. Now it has come to a point that knee replacement surgery is necessary and I have complete confidence in Dr Naylor as my surgeon.
The new shots in my left knee have been really amazing for the relief I have already gotten from the pain I was having. Thank you for the excellent offering of the new medication.

I have always enjoyed my visits with Dr. NAYLOR and look forward to my total hip replacement by him in the end of May.
Kinda felt like I was just pushed through the system very quickly in every visit. I get the fact he may see a lot of patients. I do know that before my surgery I had called his nurse for a question that I had and they told me she would call back but no one ever called back. I also was told that after my surgery someone would call to check up to see how I was doing and that never happened. Maybe they don’t do that I don’t know but that’s what I was told by a nurse but that one is not a huge deal to me. Just thought I would bring that up.
