Doctor was rushed and felt like i didn鈥檛 have enough time to explain to him what was going on -i understand there鈥檚 many patients to see but felt i was pushed to the side and that there鈥檚 too much emphasis on testing and not on daily living with the disease i have and how to manage diet he did give me fodmap diet to follow just didn鈥檛 explain or take time had to go to another room first

I have always found that the staff at this facility are there to make you feel comfortable. My questions are answered in a manner that I can understand. I always speak highly of Dr. Ryan to my PCP & to my friends.

I can see that you very much improved there. I used to go down to the gastrointestinal clinic and I did not feel comfortable, but I have to say you guys have done a vast improvement! It was a very good experience. I came down with reservations, but you guys put all of that fear away because you treated the person like a person and not a number, so keep up the good work and I am looking forward to when I have to come next time because I know that you guys will take care of me

First he did not examine me. It was a consultation. My only complaint is that I had a serious reaction to prescribed medication I thought response time(over 24 hours was excessive). I was looking for quicker response to determine if I needed more immediate care.

This doctor was in a hurry. He was going to write out how he wanted me to take a medicine but he didn't come back and the nurse said he had left already. I waited a long time to get to see him too. He use to be a very good doctor when I first started seeing him. I am now going to follow up with a different doctor in a different facility. left and didn't come back. the nurse asiant
