MercyOne is excited to announce we're moving to a new electronic health record and billing system. This change takes effect on May 31. As we make final preparations, we need to pause our online scheduling feature for all locations except MercyOne Siouxland, beginning May 16.

What to expect on May 31 when we launch our new system: 

• Same patient-centered care you've always received.
• A new patient portal including online scheduling -  MyChart. This portal has the same functions as before with some added benefits.
• Your bills will look different. Services from our office and those from any MercyOne location will be in one statement.

After hours

If care is needed after hours, check-out the following care options available:

• MercyOne Clinton Urgent Care which, offers online scheduling for in-person and virtual visits.
• In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department / MercyOne Clinton Emergency Care.
