About MyChart and MyGenesis
About Trinity Health MyChart
You may notice the app is called Trinity Health MyChart. MercyOne is a member of Trinity Health, a national health system based in Livonia, Michigan. MercyOne is not affiliated with any Iowa‑based organizations that use the name “Trinity” or “Trinity Health.”
MyChart is available for all MercyOne patients except MercyOne Genesis patients. MercyOne Genesis patients remain on the MyGenesis platform.

Through MyGenesis, patients can view test results and visit summaries, manage appointments, request prescription refills, and message their care team—all from one convenient place. The portal makes it easier to track your health information, communicate with providers, and take an active role in your care.
My Genesis remains the patient portal for all MercyOne Genesis patients.

To gain access to the portal on someone else's behalf (child, spouse, parent, loved one), please visit or call your provider office to request proxy access. An invite will be sent to your email to set up and create a proxy patient portal account to help manage care.
