Our licensed clinical neuropsychologists provide personalized care and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to patients with a variety of known or suspected brain dysfunctions. Our experts will work with you to help determine a diagnosis, measure cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and offer treatment recommendations for your specific condition. MercyOne Neuropsychology offers services to patients of all ages.
Referral Information
Please call the clinic at 515-358-0060 if you have any further questions about your appointment or how to refer a patient. Referring providers should complete the appropriate referral form below and send to the Neuropsychology office, who will schedule with patients.
