The MercyOne Executive Health Program is designed to use a comprehensive approach to achieve optimum health goals. With time constraints in a typical office visit, it is impossible for a physician to delve into the person’s health to the degree that is accomplished with an executive physical.
An integrated and personalized approach is used to design a care plan tailored to the client’s personal health goals based on current health status and insights from medical and family history. Care coordination, refinement in consumer and employer preferences, genomics and biomedical knowledge has created an exceptional opportunity for individuals to better engage and impact their health.

- Review of client’s detailed medical questionnaire
- Review of client’s PCP and specialists’ records, last 18 months
- Planning of personalized Executive Physical schedule
- Client liaison and transportation between sites
- Written binder of all results/consults to client and PCP
- Electronic copy of all results /consults on patient portal
- Email health reminders, as needed
- Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages provided
