What to bring:
To help ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please bring the following items:

Your current insurance card

A laboratory order from your provider (unless it has already been faxed to us)

A valid photo ID
Fasting Instructions:
If your lab test requires fasting, please follow these guidelines:

Avoid eating or drinking anything except water for 10–12 hours before your sample is collected.

You may continue drinking water and taking your usual medications, as they will not interfere with your test results.
