  • Donate online. By using our secure online form, you can give a one-time or recurring gift directly from your debit or credit card.
  • Donate by mail. Make checks payable to MercyOne Genesis Foundation, and mail them to MercyOne Genesis Foundation 1227 East Rusholme Street Davenport, IA 52803.
  • Donate by phone. Call us at 563-421-6865 to make a donation over the phone using your debit or credit card.

If you wish to donate to a specific project, please select it when you give online, note that on your check, or notify us while on the phone.
