MercyOne bases its healthcare costs on regional standards for hospitals of similar size that provide similar services and regularly reviews these healthcare costs.
We will accept your assignment of healthcare benefits and bill your health insurer or government program. Your healthcare plan, however, may not cover some hospital charges. These charges are your responsibility. All non-covered charges, deductibles, and/or co-insurance payments are due in full within 30 days of rendering the hospital statement. MercyOne may require a deposit for some elective medical procedures.
Medical insurance does not cover the cost of a private room. MercyOne will provide itemized statements on request.
Our staff can help you with financial arrangements or assistance programs. For more information, please call Patient Financial Services at 833-961-2453
